About Me
- Name: Sam
- Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States
I'm a pilot for a small regional airline based in the Midwest. I've been flying since 1994; my career has included stints as a flight instructor, "freight dog," and a First Officer on Q400 turboprops in the Pacific Northwest. I was hired at my current company in 2007, and am now a Captain on the airplane I lovingly refer to as "JungleBus." This blog is mostly about what it's like to be a young pilot working his way up through the aviation hierarchy, but I also throw in stuff about other interests like travel, motorcycles, and flying small airplanes. I enjoy reading comments and answering questions from fellow aviators and non-pilots alike!

cute.
what does her magnet attachment do to the compass?
LMAO...funniest thing I've read in awhile. I don't know if my company would go for it though. ;)
This is very good humour.
And when she falls into the instrument panel?
Pretty clever. I'll have to add one of these next to my backup turn and bank indicator (bag of Skittles)
where can I get myself one of those, I've been looking everywhere. can only find BIG ones, too obstructive for comfort. Seriously....where?
